This warranty is valid from the date of delivery.

  • Accidental damage or misuse

  • Water, heat, or environmental damage (unless specified as water/heat-proof)

  • Clearance or final-sale items (unless defective on arrival)


📩 How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Email us at support@kitmart.store within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Include:

    • Your order number

    • Description of the issue

    • Clear photos/videos of the defect

  3. Our support team will assess your claim and provide next steps, which may include:

    • Replacement

    • Repair (if applicable)

    • Refund (only if repair/replacement isn’t possible)


🔄 Resolution Timeline

We aim to resolve all valid warranty claims within 5–7 business days after receiving your claim details and photos.


📝 Additional Notes

  • Some items may include a longer manufacturer warranty, which will be mentioned in the product description.

  • Warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
