At Kitmart.store, we understand that sometimes plans change. That’s why we offer a clear and simple cancellation process for your convenience.


🔄 Can I Cancel My Order?

Yes — orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may request a cancellation by contacting us as soon as possible.


Cancellation Timeframe

To be eligible for cancellation:

  • You must email us at support@kitmart.store within 2 hours of placing the order.

  • If your order has already been packed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it. In that case, you can follow our Return & Refund Policy once the item arrives.


💳 Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • If your order is cancelled before shipping, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after cancellation confirmation.


Exceptions

We are unable to cancel:

  • Orders already marked as “Shipped”

  • Custom or personalized items once production has begun

  • Digital products or gift cards
